INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 item to your cart for every $1 needed to cover your spot in the break + 3% of the TOTAL AMOUNT.
FOR EXAMPLE:
For a $100 break spot, add 3% to the total, this will equal $103. Then, add 103 $1 items to your cart and checkout (don't click individually, click on the number and type the total in)
